EyeCam Terms and Condition
End User License Agreement (EULA)
EyeCam

These End User License Terms (“EULA”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Sunny Arts (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of the mobile application EyeCam (the “App”) and any services provided therein (the “Services”).
By installing, accessing, or using the App and/or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must immediately stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
1. LICENSE GRANT
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control, subject to this EULA and any usage rules set forth in the app store from which you obtained the App.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements based on the App;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except where prohibited by law);
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or make the App available to third parties;
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the App.
3. PERMISSIONS
The App may request permissions (for example, Camera and Photo Access) to provide its core functionality.
You remain responsible for granting or denying these permissions.
All processing of camera or image data happens locally on your device.
We do not upload, store, or transmit any such data to our servers or any external databases.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (ADS & ANALYTICS)
The App integrates third-party services such as Google AdMob (for ads) and Firebase Analytics (for performance tracking).
These services may collect limited, non-personal information (like advertising identifiers or general usage data) to deliver ads and improve functionality.
All such collection is handled according to their own privacy policies:
We do not directly collect or store any personal data ourselves.
5. OWNERSHIP
The App is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited license granted to you, all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all related intellectual property, remain with Sunny Arts.
6. UPDATES
We may periodically release updates, bug fixes, or improvements.
Your continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the modified version.
7. TERMINATION
This license will automatically terminate if you violate any terms of this EULA.
Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and stop using the App.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunny Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed USD $1.00 or the minimum amount required by law.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India, for any disputes related to this agreement.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersedes all prior understandings or communications.
